In order to provide our clients continued excellent service in designing and installing gardens and landscapes, Alfords English Gardens Inc is still open and ready to design and install your garden project.

We care about you and our great employees:

We are committed to taking all the necessary steps to do our part to provide a safe environment for our clients, designers, and crew and fight the spread of COVID-19.

All employees will follow current CDC guidelines that include:

§ Daily temperature check

§  Wearing protective masks and gloves

§   Regular hand washing

§  Port A Potty with sanitation

§  Regular disinfecting  

§  Social distancing- even on job site

§  Sending home anyone who is ill or shows signs of COVID-19

New guidelines in garden design

We love Zoom!

We will continue to design your projects, but some processes may be done differently

§  Initial meeting can be with client providing pictures, Google maps and a virtual meeting

§  Bids and quotes may be presented with a virtual meeting or email

§  Designers will measure property by appointment without any contact with client

§  Design process will include virtual meetings with Kathy and designers by appointment

§  Design presentation will be presented via virtual meeting by appointment

§  Final design will be dropped off or emailed to client

Continuing guidelines in garden installation

§  Crew will continue to keep all areas clean and washed down each day

§  Appropriate sanitation of any materials if needed on site

§  Limited communication with client- face masks will be used at all time

§  Communication between Kathy and employees can include sending pictures, FaceTime or Texting
