CONSULTATIONS: This can be broken into ½ hour intervals and includes billing for phone calls. We can visit site and give suggestions or place plant material for you. Often a garden just needs a professional touch.

PLANT LIST SUGGESTIONS: Personalized plant selection list designed personally for your garden. Personalized garden report includes call outs and pictures for a certain garden look or style. Different reports can be included to provide additional information on plant material such as sun requirements, adverse factors etc. to fit your requirements you need for your own garden plan.

DRAWINGS: ask for quote—CAD and hand drawings and sketches are available.

THE CONCEPT PLAN: This plan is a concept of ideas for the client and is generalized to provide ideas for the garden such as “Room placement” of areas. This is not a detailed drawing but does provide ideas and suggestions to the client. This is a good plan for clients looking for ideas and placement of areas. Suggested plant material list with pictures are provided.

THE PLANTING PLAN: This concept plan places plant material in structured beds and provides “call out” of all plant material names, sizes and amount needed for installation. A detailed report is included with plan with information on the plant material.

THE DESIGN PLAN: This plan consists of all the above — a concept and planting plan. An additional final drawing may be included if needed.

INSTALLATION SERVICES: When you put the thought and care into a great design; proper installation and keeping the integrity of the design is a must. Please call for a bid estimate of your design. We are licensed landscape contractor C-27 #831062 and certified arborist ISA –WE 6919A and a qualified pest applicator — QAL #37183.

The actual fee will be based on the size and scale of the prospective garden area. All fees will be determined by the designer and clearly communicated to you before work begins. These are concept plans only and are not intended as blueprints. Installation of the garden may vary or change when placed in actual garden because of visual effects or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
