This old building in mid Long Beach has recently been restored. Magititude Design purchased it last year and gutted it to make home for their commerical advertizing company.

They needed something low maintanence and low water.  Wanting to meet the standards of  bewaterwise.com and reduce watering, a low water irrigation system was added — beautful low maintenance plants were selected and after established will no long require a regular watering.
