Home owners of this Spanish style condo in Belmont Shore area of Long Beach, were tired of the commercial look of the building and wanted to get rid of their tired landscaping. Alford’s English Gardens help the planning committee to revitalize a great piece of property.

Before- The condo is home to almost 30 families who hated the commercial look to the building. Over grown landscape shaped into little ‘meatball’s made the place look like a doctor’s office and hide the great architecture.

Repainting the building a softer color and adding new railings on the balconies help to bring out the great architecture of the building. A new garden with lots of green palms and low maintenance plants softens the hard lines and add color. New lighting added additional security to the neighborhood.
